IS THIS EVENT FREE?

YES! Our YouTube Growth Day is entirely free to sign up for and participate in. We do have options for additional purchases, but anyone who needs help starting or growing their channel right now is welcome to join the event for free.

WHY DO YOU CALL IT A GROWTH DAY?

The YouTube Growth Day is an intensive, full day event for the person who is wanting and ready to take YouTube seriously. If you take the sessions and apply what we teach, you will see massive growth for your channel. At the end of different sessions we have a specific action item that we challenge YOU to complete in order to get you to TAKE ACTION on your channel. You won't have any excuses about how to get started on YouTube after this hands on experience.

WILL REPLAYS OF THE SESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?

Replays of the event will be available on the same watch page for just a couple of days. After this replay window ends, the replays will be removed, but you can find all the content inside our YouTube Course & Coaching Membership.

WHEN WILL REPLAYS BE AVAILABLE UNTIL?

Replays will be available on the watch page for everyone through Monday, August 12th.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE LIVE SESSIONS?

During each session, our team will be active in the live chat. You will need to click or tap "Watch on YouTube" to access the chat. Different team members from Think Media will be interacting and engaging with you in the comment section of the videos. They'll be sharing helpful links and answering your questions so you can get the most out of your session.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN LIVE STREAMS, TRAINING SESSIONS AND GIVEAWAYS ARE HAPPENING?

You can check your email for the stream link when we are going live at the start of the day and right after we come back from our lunch break.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN MY TIME ZONE?

The fastest way to figure out your local time is to google "8 AM PT to (insert your local time zone)"

ie. 8 AM PT to ET.

Or use a timezone converter app like http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com

HOW DO I ENTER THE GIVEAWAYS?

You just need to be active in the live chat of the stream in order to be potentially selected! Once we select the winner, we will say their name on the stream and you MUST contact us at ThinkMediaSupport.com to claim your prize.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAYS?

All giveaways are only available to residents of the United States. If you are not a United States resident and we select you as a winner, we will replace your prize with a digital alternative prize of greater value. Some prizes are available to non-US residents.

IF I WIN A GIVEAWAY, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE?

We do our best to get you your prizes as soon as possible! Giveaways will be processed the week of August 12th. Products may be sent directly by the brands if you are in the United States, so we cannot give you a specific delivery date ahead of time. International winners will be granted a digital prize of equal or greater value within a short period of time after contacting us.

WILL ALL MY QUESTIONS BE ANSWERED?

We are working very hard to answer as many questions as we can. VIP gets front of the line to get your questions answered during the VIP Q&A session, but we still cannot guarantee we will answer every single question.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE LIVE STREAM DURING THE EVENT?

You'll find all streams of the event on the same watch page for the entire day. If you don't see the video right away and we are scheduled to be live, refresh your window until the stream appears.

The video will have a red LIVE text box on it while we are live so you can make sure you're in the right place.

The link to the watch page will be emailed and texted to you right before we go live.

WHERE CAN I FIND ANY LINKS OR DOWNLOADS THAT THE THINK MEDIA TEAM HAS MENTIONED DURING THE LIVE STREAMS?

Our team will be dropping links and resources in the chat of the live sessions (which can be accessed on the replay video).

Upon completing your account, you will see an item in the sidebar menu where your VIP Q&A recording will be accessed once we have finished editing and uploading it into the course.

Here are the steps in troubleshooting email deliverability issues:

Search your promotions tab or spam folder for "Think Media". Then mark our emails as "safe sender" or "not spam"
Have you unsubscribed from our emails in the past? If so, you'll need to contact our team at www.ThinkMediaSupport.com and ask them to resubscribe you to emails.

Sub4Sub and self-promotion are strictly prohibited in the live chat. Sub4Sub may grow your channel's subscribers, but, often leads to subscribers who are not active on your channel. This can hurt your analytics and your rank in search and suggested in the long run.

Please feel free to subscribe to channels that you are genuinely interested in learning more from, but please do not ask for subs back.

I'M NOT GETTING ALL OF YOUR EMAILS. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

The best way to ensure you'll get all emails from us is to add our [email protected] email to your "Safe Senders" list or your contact list. You can learn to do this for your specific email platform by Googling your email program.

You may find us in your Spam tab or your "Promotions" tab. Make sure to mark us as "not spam" or as a "safe sender"

Here are the steps in troubleshooting email deliverability issues:

WHY AM I RECEIVING EMAILS PROMOTING A PRODUCT I ALREADY OWN?

The most common reason this happens is because you're using two different emails on our platform. You may have signed up for emails with one email address but purchased the course with a separate email. If you contact our team at www.ThinkMediaSupport.com they should be able to help solve this.

WHY DO YOU SEND AS MANY EMAILS AS YOU DO?

We truly want every email we send to be something that benefits our community. So we share news, videos, products, tips, and resources we think will help you. We know that not every email will be useful for each community member, but we have no way of knowing what each individual person may need at a given time.

So, we choose to send you as many awesome resources as we can each week. You may get an email that didn't matter to you, but someone else in the community really needed it.

So we just ask that you delete whichever emails don't pertain to you, and keep the ones that do! This self-ownership allows us to make sure the information can get to whoever in our community needs it.
