❓ IS THIS CHALLENGE FREE?

YES! Our On Demand YouTube 1K Challenge is entirely free to sign up for and participate in. We do have options for additional purchases, but anyone who needs help starting or growing their channel right now is welcome to join the challenge for free.

❓ WHY DO YOU CALL IT A CHALLENGE?

The YouTube 1K Challenge is more than the normal live streams that we offer each week on our YouTube Channels and Facebook pages. Each day of the challenge has a specific action item that we challenge YOU to complete in order to get you to TAKE ACTION on your channel.

❓ WHERE CAN I FIND ANY LINKS OR DOWNLOADS THAT THE THINK MEDIA TEAM HAS MENTIONED DURING THE LIVE STREAMS?

We'll be adding links and resources to the descriptions of each training session.

STARTER KIT FAQS

❓ I PURCHASED THE STARTER KIT BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO ACCESS IT.

You will receive three emails about the Starter Kit and how to access it. You NEED to make sure you're receiving emails from Sean Cannell and Think Media. Check the troubleshooting question below for more info on finding our emails.

If you are having trouble accessing either the kit or your VIP community, the best thing to do is go to courses.seancannell.com, go to log in, then click “forgot password”. This will send you a link to reset your password, and then you can log into your course library at www.courses.seancannell.com/library.

❓ I HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY EMAILS ABOUT THE CHALLENGE (AND THE STARTER KIT).

Here are the steps in troubleshooting email deliverability issues:

Search your promotions tab or spam folder for "Think Media". Then mark our emails as "safe sender" or "not spam"
Have you unsubscribed from our emails in the past? If so, you'll need to contact our team at www.ThinkMediaSupport.com and ask them to resubscribe you to emails.

❓ I CAN'T LOG INTO MY STARTER KIT. WHAT DO I DO?

If you haven't received an email with your temporary password, head to www.courses.seancannell.com/login, type in the email you used to sign up, and select "Forgot Password." You'll get a reset email right away that will expire 6 hours later. Create a new password and you'll be able to access your Starter Kit.
