How to Use Facebook for This Challenge
Please watch this video so you know how to best take advantage of our YouTube Influence Challenge Facebook Group.
❓ IS IT OK FOR ME TO ASK ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE GROUP TO SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL?
Sub4Sub, and Self-Promotion are strictly prohibited inside of the group. This includes inside of comments on any post thread. Sub4Sub may grow your channel's subscribers, but, often leads to subscribers who are not active on your channel. This can hurt your analytics and your rank in search and suggested in the long run. Please feel free to subscribe to channels that you are genuinely interested in learning more from, but please do not ask for subs back.
❓ WHERE CAN I FIND THE LIVE STREAMS INSIDE THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
At the start of each Live Stream, refresh the Facebook group page and look for the video near the top of your page. Another way to get to the Livestreams is by changing the posts setting to 'Recent Posts' instead of 'New Activity' so you can see the most up-to-date posts first. If you are having trouble, you can go to MEDIA then click VIDEOS and the Livestream should show up on top.
❓ CAN I ASK QUESTIONS TO THE COMMUNITY INSIDE OF THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
You'll be able to post questions on posts within the group and we also have a Unit under the "Units" tab specifically designated for Q&A.
❓ WILL THE GROUP STILL BE OPEN AFTER THE CHALLENGE IS OVER?
The group will still be available for you to access after the challenge is over but we will not be hosting daily livestreams after the challenge ends. The replays for the trainings will not be available after January 27th at midnight PST unless you are a part of our VIP community.
❓ WHAT ARE THE POSTING GUIDELINES FOR DAILY CHALLENGE THREADS, AND WHERE CAN THEY BE FOUND?
You'll see the threads for each day at the top of your feeds as a pinned post.
We recommend that you only comment on a thread once and if you have anything to add, you edit your existing comment or reply to your existing comment. This makes it easier for us to answer your questions and ensure we get to as many people as possible.
❓ DO I HAVE TO RSVP AS GOING TO EACH LIVE SESSION IN THE EVENTS TAB?
You are not required to RSVP to each LIVE event. However, if you want to know exactly when the LIVE starts, RSVPing will tell Facebook to notify you so you don't miss anything.
❓ WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE LIVE SESSIONS IN THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
During each Livestream, members of the Think Media team will be actively engaging with you in the comment section of the videos. They'll be sharing helpful links and answering your questions so you can get the most out of your session.

❓ I HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY EMAILS ABOUT THE CHALLENGE OF THE STARTER KIT
Here are the steps in troubleshooting email deliverability issues:

Search your Spam folder for "Sean Cannell". Then mark our emails as "safe sender" or "not spam"

Have you unsubscribed from our emails in the past? If so, you'll need to contact our team and ask them to resubscribe you to emails.
❓ I CAN'T LOG INTO MY STARTER KIT OR VIP COMMUNITY. WHAT DO I DO?
If you haven't received an email with your temporary password, head to www.courses.seancannell.com, type in the email you used to sign up, and select "Forgot Password." You'll get a reset email right away that will expire 6 hours later. Create a new password and you'll be able to access your Starter Kit and/or VIP Community, if you've paid for the resource(s).

❓ ARE THE MORNING AND EVENING SESSIONS THE SAME CONTENT?
No, each session will have different, unique content
❓ HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN MY TIME ZONE?
The fastest way to figure out your local time is to google "10 AM PDT to (insert your local time zone)"
ie. 10 AM PDT to CST

❓ HOW DO I KNOW WHEN LIVE STREAMS, TRAINING SESSIONS AND GIVEAWAYS ARE HAPPENING?
You can find a complete list of all events in the "Events" tab of this group. We're making it really clear when giveaways are happening!
❓ WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY?
Giveaways are only available to residents of the United States. If you are not a United States resident and we select you as a winner, we may replace your prize with an alternative prize.
❓ HOW DO I ENTER THE GIVEAWAY?
You just need to be active in the comments of the live video in order to be potentially selected! Once we select the winner, we will say their name on the stream and you MUST RESPOND IN THE COMMENTS TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE. So make sure you are not on a watch party but on the actual live stream video. You'll be able to tell it's the original video because it will be posted by Sean Cannell.
Once we say your name and you claim your prize by speaking up in the comments, you'll email [email protected] to get your next steps.
❓ IF I WIN A GIVEAWAY, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE?
