How to Use Facebook for This Challenge
❓ IS IT OK FOR ME TO ASK ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE GROUP TO SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL?
Sub4Sub and self-promotion are strictly prohibited inside of the group. This includes inside of comments on any post thread. Sub4Sub may grow your channel's subscribers, but, often leads to subscribers who are not active on your channel. This can hurt your analytics and your rank in search and suggested in the long run. Please feel free to subscribe to channels that you are genuinely interested in learning more from, but please do not ask for subs back.
❓ WHERE CAN I FIND THE LIVE STREAMS INSIDE THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
At the start of each session, refresh the Facebook group page and look for the video near the top of your page. Another way to get to the live session stream is by changing the posts setting to 'Recent Posts' instead of 'New Activity' so you can see the most up-to-date posts first. If you are having trouble, you can go to "MEDIA" tab of the Facebook group then click "VIDEOS" and the latest session should show up on top.
❓ CAN I ASK QUESTIONS TO THE COMMUNITY INSIDE OF THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
You'll be able to ask questions on specific posts within the group and we also have a section under the "GUIDES" tab specifically designated for Q&A. However, you won't be able to create your own post in the group. This is because we want to keep the feed organized so others can easily find the live sessions and replays.
❓ WILL THE GROUP STILL BE OPEN AFTER THE CHALLENGE IS OVER?
The group will still be available for you to access after the challenge is over but we will not be hosting daily live sessions after the challenge ends. The replays for the trainings will not be available in the Facebook group after January 30th at midnight PT.
❓ WHAT ARE THE POSTING GUIDELINES FOR DAILY CHALLENGE THREADS, AND WHERE CAN THEY BE FOUND?
You'll see the threads for each day at the top of your feeds as a pinned post.
We recommend that you only comment on a thread once and if you have anything to add, you edit your existing comment or reply to your existing comment. This makes it easier for us to answer your questions and ensure we get to as many people as possible.
❓ DO I HAVE TO RSVP AS "GOING" TO EACH LIVE SESSION IN THE EVENTS TAB?
You are not required to RSVP to each LIVE event. However, if you want to know exactly when the LIVE starts, RSVPing will tell Facebook to notify you so you don't miss anything.
❓ WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE LIVE SESSIONS IN THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
During each live session, members of the Think Media team will be actively engaging with you in the comment section of the videos. They'll be sharing helpful links and answering your questions so you can get the most out of your session.

The YouTube 1K Challenge is a highly interactive experience that is designed to happen on Facebook. That is where we have a whole challenge group for interacting with other members, entering into the daily challenges for giveaways, and more. You will receive three emails about the Starter Kit and how to access it. You NEED to make sure you're receiving emails from Sean Cannell and Think Media. Check the troubleshooting question below for more info on finding our emails.
If you are having trouble accessing either the kit or your VIP community, the best thing to do is go to courses.seancannell.com, go to log in, then click “forgot password”. This will send you a link to reset your password, and then you can log into your course library at www.courses.seancannell.com
❓ I HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY EMAILS ABOUT THE CHALLENGE, THE STARTER KIT, OR VIP.
Here are the steps in troubleshooting email deliverability issues:

Search your promotions tab or spam folder for "Think Media". Then mark our emails as "safe sender" or "not spam"

Have you unsubscribed from our emails in the past? If so, you'll need to contact our team at www.ThinkMediaSupport.com and ask them to resubscribe you to emails.
❓ I CAN'T LOG INTO MY STARTER KIT OR VIP COMMUNITY. WHAT DO I DO?
If you haven't received an email with your temporary password, head to www.courses.seancannell.com, type in the email you used to sign up, and select "Forgot Password." You'll get a reset email right away that will expire 6 hours later. Create a new password and you'll be able to access your Starter Kit and VIP Community.

YES! Our 5 Day YouTube 1K Challenge is entirely free to sign up for and participate in. We do have options for additional purchases, but anyone who needs help starting or growing their channel right now is welcome to join the challenge for free.
❓ WHY DO YOU CALL IT A CHALLENGE?
The 5 Day YouTube 1K Challenge is more than the normal live streams that we offer each week on our YouTube Channels and Facebook pages. Each day of the challenge has a specific action item that we challenge YOU to complete in order to get you to TAKE ACTION on your channel.
❓ WILL REPLAYS OF EACH SESSION BE AVAILABLE?
Replays of each session will be available inside of the 5 Day YouTube 1K Challenge Facebook group while the challenge is taking place. At the end of the challenge, the replays will be removed, but you can find all the content inside our YouTube Course & Coaching Bundle.
❓ WHEN WILL REPLAYS BE AVAILABLE UNTIL?
Replays will be available in the Facebook group for everyone until Monday, January 30th at midnight PT.
❓ WHERE CAN I FIND ANY LINKS OR DOWNLOADS THAT THE THINK MEDIA TEAM HAS MENTIONED DURING THE LIVE STREAMS?
We'll be adding links and resources to the descriptions of each live training session (which will remain on the replay video). Also, look out for emails with specific links and updates at the end of each challenge day.

The fastest way to figure out your local time is to google "10 AM PT to (insert your local time zone)"
ie. 10 AM PT to ET

❓ HOW DO I KNOW WHEN LIVE STREAMS, TRAINING SESSIONS AND GIVEAWAYS ARE HAPPENING?
You can find a complete list of all events in the "Events" tab of this group. We recommend RSVPing "Going" on Facebook and adding each Challenge day to your calendar so you don't miss a thing.
❓ WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY?
All giveaways are only available to residents of the United States. If you are not a United States resident and we select you as a winner, we may replace your prize with an alternative prize. Some prizes are available to non-US residents.
❓ HOW DO I ENTER THE GIVEAWAY?
You just need to be active in the comments of the live video in order to be potentially selected! Once we select the winner, we will say their name on the stream and you MUST RESPOND IN THE COMMENTS TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE. So make sure you are not on a watch party but on the actual live stream video. You'll be able to tell it's the original video because it will be posted by Sean Cannell.

❓ IF I WIN A GIVEAWAY, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE?
