Instructions for Downloading the Event App 

 
DO THIS FIRST: You can access the conference app from any browser by logging in here. When you click that link, you'll be prompted to log in to your account. Enter the email you used to purchase your GWVL ticket.
 
If you haven't created an account yet, you will be prompted to pick a password and fill out some basic information.
 
Once you do this, you'll be prompted to enter the EVENT CODE. This code is: TMSUMMIT 
 
 
DO THIS NEXT: Access the event app from your phone (this will be the best experience!) 
 
You'll need to start with downloading the app.
 
You can also search “Webex”
 
If you haven't done so on your browser yet, you’ll be prompted to create your account. Please, use the email you used to purchase your GWVL ticket to create an account.
 
Then you can fill in your basic information. If you already have an account, simply log in. Then, you’ll be taken to your events screen. Click “Search events” and in the search bar enter "Grow With Video Summit." Click Join and then enter the code “TMSUMMIT.” You should now have access to the event app where you’ll see event details, networking forums, other attendee information, etc 
 
 
What to do in the app once you join:
  1. Make sure to spruce up your profile! It's best to put a clear profile picture and include what your YouTube channel or business is about.
  2. Click on the "Start Here" tab and introduce yourself to other attendees!

 

Troubleshooting The Event App

 

  1. If you are getting an error when you enter the event code: Try searching for the event first "Grow With Video Summit" and then hit Join - then enter the code TMSUMMIT
  2. If you haven't created an account on your browser yet, do that first! Then try the app again.

3. If you are seeing a DIFFERENT event when you login on your phone, it might be because you've used this app for a previous event. Select the "switch event" icon in the top right corner. Then hit "yes" and search our event
